Washington: OIC Amends Motor Vehicle Total Loss Claim Regulations

On May 20, the Office of the Insurance Commissioner filed CR-103 with the State Code Reviser adopting R-2007-08 that amends and adds new sections to WAC 284-30-300 through 400. These sections relate to claim handling and will now be called the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Regulation.
