Rhode Island: DBR Issues Bulletins Requiring All Property/Casualty Companies to Provide Contact Information for Post-Catastrophe Adjuster Access

The Department of Business Regulation has issued bulletins requiring all property/casualty insurers licensed or authorized to do business in the state to provide the DBR with emergency contact information to be used in newly adopted procedures to govern access of claims adjusters into affected areas following a catastrophic event.
