Florida: Financial Services Commission Takes Up 'Not-at-Fault' Rule for Auto Insurance

The Florida Financial Services Commission tomorrow will consider proposed Office of Insurance Regulation rule 690-175.008, Unfair Discrimination in Private Passenger Motor Vehicle Insurance Rates – Based on History of Accidents. Commission members are Gov. Charlie Crist, CFO Alex Sink, Attorney General Bill McCollum, and Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services Charles Bronson.
