North Carolina: Bill to Update Standard Fire Policy Amended With Delayed Implementation
North Carolina HB 1165 was proposed by the Department of Insurance to update the standard fire policy described in statute by using words, rather than a photographic image, to indicate required language. Minor technical changes are also part of the bill.
