Hearing on Insurance-based Credit Scoring Approved
During the Executive/Plenary session last Tuesday, the NAIC adopted a proposal to review the use of credit-based insurance scoring. In order to do that review, a public hearing will be conducted, most likely in Washington, D.C., in April to inquire into these questions:
