Florida: CFO Sink, Insurance Commissioner McCarty List Different Priorities

Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty discussed the Office of Insurance Regulation’s legislative priorities last week. Strangely enough, none of the items on his list matched the hurricane loss risk reduction plan discussed by his boss, Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink.
