During the NAIC’s winter national meeting in Grapevine, Texas, in December, the (D) committee discussed the Aug. 26 draft paper “Review of the Use of Credit-Based Insurance Scoring by Insurers.” Numerous comments on the draft paper had been received from both regulators and interested parties. NAMIC comments reflected the somewhat biased and inaccurate nature of the descriptions and conclusions set out in the paper.
