Connecticut: NAMIC Calls for Extension or Elimination of Flex-rating Sunset

A sunset provision in Connecticut’s personal lines flex-rating law should be extended or preferably eliminated, NAMIC advised members of the Insurance and Real Estate Committee during a Feb. 17 hearing.
