Nebraska: NAMIC, Industry Coalition Voice Strong Opposition of Credit-based Insurance Scoring Ban Bill

NAMIC and its state trade association partners, the State Association of Mutual Insurance Companies of Nebraska, which represents Nebraska’s farm mutuals, and the Nebraska Insurance Information Service, advocated on their members’ behalf against LB 176 before the Nebraska Legislature’s Banking, Commerce and Insurance Committee.
