North Carolina: Beach Plan Committee Issues Final Report

The Joint Select Study Committee on the Potential Impact of Major Hurricanes on the North Carolina Coast completed its mission last week with a final meeting to approve language for its report to the General Assembly. Committee staffer Tim Hovis presented a draft of the report so that members could approve language reflecting their discussion during the December meeting.
