Montana: NAMIC Submits Comments Opposing Credit-based Insurance Scoring Ban Legislation

NAMIC submitted written comments Jan. 20 to the Senate Business, Labor and Economic Affairs Committee in opposition to SB 195, a bill that would ban the use of credit-based insurance scoring for automobile insurance. The bill was heard in committee on Jan. 21.
