Colorado: Amendments to Administrative Rule Proposed
The Department of Regulatory Agencies has scheduled a rulemaking hearing on its proposed amendments to an administrative rule pertaining to Penalties and Timelines Concerning Division Inquiries and Documents Requests. The hearing is set for Dec. 9 at 2 p.m. (MST), at 1560 Broadway, Denver, Colo.
