Florida: ‘New’ Credit Rule Proposal Released
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation released its proposed “new” credit rule, Credit Scoring Data Collection, Oct. 27, just minutes before the scheduled workshop to discuss the rule was to begin. Because of the late release of the proposed rule, the OIR agreed to keep the record open for comments for 10 days.
