California: Insurance Department Proposes Financial Statement Electronic Filing Regulation

The California Department of Insurance has proposed a regulation to adopt California Code of Regulations Section 2308.1, 2308.2, and 2308.3 pertaining to financial statements of insurers required to be filed with the commissioner.
