South Dakota: EFT for SERFF Filings Required Next Month

Insurance Director Merle Scheiber issued Bulletin 08-09 on Oct. 1, announcing that effective Nov. 1 electronic funds transfer will be required for companies making filings on the NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing for which retaliatory filing fees are applicable.
