Market Regulation Committee Discusses Credit Scoring Paper

Two days prior to the NAIC fall national meeting in National Harbor, Md., the Market Regulation & Consumer Affairs (D) Committee released its Aug. 26 draft “Review of the Use of Credit-Based Insurance Scoring by Insurers.” Committee Chair John Morrison of Montana requested the paper during the summer national meeting in June. The paper was prepared by NAIC staff.
