Florida: Financial Services Commission Set to Hear Reinsurance Collateral Waiver Rule

NAMIC, along with other industry groups, has opposed the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation’s proposed rule to waive full collateral for alien reinsurers in certain situations since it was introduced in November 2007.
