Missouri: Governor Signs Legislation Dealing with Electronic Renewals and Protecting Confidential Information of Insurers

In addition to Senate Bill 711 that deals with the cap on charges for motor vehicle records, NAMIC’s trade association partner, the Missouri Insurance Coalition, reports that Gov. Matt Blunt has now signed each bill that addresses issues of concern to property/casualty and workers' compensation carriers.
