Idaho: DOI Seeks Immediate Insurer Feedback to Proposed Bulletin Regarding Requirements Relating to UIM Coverage
Shad Priest, deputy director of the Idaho Department of Insurance, has recently disseminated a proposed bulletin regarding the new HB 429 requirements relating to the new UIM notice law. The DOI plans to finalize the proposal in the next two weeks.
