Florida: NAMIC Opposes Repeal of Market Conduct Exam Conferences, Hearings

NAMIC’s Southeast state affairs manager Liz Reynolds testified last week against a proposal by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation to repeal a rule that sets out the required procedure for insurers to review and raise concerns following market conduct exams.
