Texas: NAMIC Participates on Industry Panel Discussing TDI Sunset
Texas state law requires that each state agency be assessed and reviewed every 12 years to determine if the agency should continue to exist. Earlier this year, the Texas Sunset Commission released its findings on the Texas Department of Insurance. The Sunset Commission will hold hearings June 23-24 on the department of insurance.
