NARAB Working Group Recommends Certification For Four Jurisdictions

The NARAB (EX) Working Group met on Monday morning and recommended four additional jurisdictions for certification as reciprocal states under the reciprocity requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. The District of Columbia, Indiana, Missouri, and Montana were found to be compliant with the requirements and were recommended for certification by the NAIC.
