GAO Report Concurs with NAMIC Position on Adding Wind to Flood Program

Our efforts to stop Congress from adding wind coverage to the National Flood Insurance Program got another boost last week with the release of a Government Accountability Office report. It stated that including wind coverage in the National Flood Insurance Program would create a multitude of challenges that could have a devastating impact on this vital federal program.
