On the heels of the recent introduction of legislation to scale back insurers' use of credit-based insurance scoring information comes word that a congressional subcommittee will examine the issue. The House Financial Services' Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations is expected to hold a hearing on the overall issue of credit-based insurance scoring in the next two weeks.
