Colorado: Two Mandatory Medpay Bills Down; One to Go

The Senate Appropriations Committee killed SB 211 April 23 on an 8-2 vote. This followed the death of another mandatory medpay bills, HB-1009, a mandatory emergency medical care coverage bill.
