Colorado: 'Bad Faith' Bill is Really 'Bad Public Policy' Bill, Says NAMIC

A controversial first-party bad faith bill was introduced April 22 in the Colorado House of Representatives. The bill, "Penalties for the Unreasonable Conduct of an Insurance Company," is sponsored by House Speaker Andrew Romanoff and Senate Majority Leader Ken Gordon.
