New York: NAMIC Files Amicus Brief in Case Involving Disclosure of Insurers' Submitted Underwriting Data

On May 28, the New York Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in Markowitz v. Serio, a case involving an attempt to force immediate disclosure of commercially valuable information submitted by insurers to the state Department of Insurance.
