Colorado: Prior Approval Bill Amended to Remove Auto Insurance From Purview of Bill

On April 17, the House Business Affairs and Labor Committee voted to amend HB 1389, Concerning Increased Oversight of Insurance Rates, commonly known of as the "prior approval" bill, so as to remove auto insurance from the purview of the legislation and make it a health insurance-only bill.
