9th Circuit Affirms Nevada District Court in Final Countersignature Suit

In a long-awaited decision handed down on April 10, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit affirmed the 2004 U.S. District Court decision that found the Nevada resident agent countersignature to be unconstitutional.
