Michigan: House Panel Approves Insurance Scoring Ban
According to NAMIC state trade partners in Michigan, the House Insurance Committee on Thursday approved legislation that would ban the use of credit-based insurance scoring. The bill passed out of committee with all but one Republican voting "no." Three Republicans were absent.
