California: Legislation to Protect Consumers From Illegal Auto Repair 'Part Switching' Passes Out of Committee

AB 2825 as amended, Automotive Repair: Crash Parts, passed out of the Assembly Business and Professions Committee April 9 on an 8-0 vote. The bill has now been sent to the Assembly Appropriations Committee for consideration.
