California: Aftermarket Parts Bill Passes Out of Senate Insurance Committee

SB 1059, Vehicle Insurance: Aftermarket parts, passed out of the Senate Banking, Finance and Insurance Committee April 2 on a 6-3 vote and is now scheduled for hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill was introduced by Sen. Carole Migden.
