Florida: 'Non-assessable' Commercial Policies Discussed; PIP Fraud Penalties Could Increase

The Florida House Insurance Committee gave a favorable report March 20 to HB 1001, a bill that would allow for a commercial property insurance policy that is "non-assessable" for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation deficits.
