Minnesota: Bad Faith Bill Sent to Full Senate

According to NAMIC's Minnesota state trade partners, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed S.F. 2822, the Trial Lawyers Bad Faith bill, early last week and referred it to the Senate floor. Later, the committee rejected S.F. 3116 - the insurance industry's preferred language.
