New York: Governor Signs Bill Requiring Annual Notice Regarding Flood Coverage

New York insurers will be required to inform policyholders annually that their homeowners and dwelling fire insurance policies do not provide coverage for flood under legislation signed by Gov. Eliot Spitzer last week.
