Ohio: Supreme Court to Review General Contractor's Liability for Subcontractor's Increased Workers Compensation Premiums

The Supreme Court of Ohio has agreed to review a decision from the 10th Appellate District holding that the Cincinnati Insurance Company had a duty to defend a general contractor, Robert W. Setterlin & Sons, against the claims of one of its subcontractors, A.H. Sturgill Roof Inc.
