Two bills threatening underwriting freedom in Wyoming were promptly introduced and quickly defeated in the Legislature. SB 16 would have prevented carriers from considering auto accidents that did not result in an insurance claim in their underwriting process, while HB 125, would have created a ban on the use of credit-based insurance scoring.
