Colorado: Traffic Accident Report Bill 'Ran Off the Road' in the House

House Bill 1198, a bill that would have increased the non-injury property damage threshold for when a police officer is required to conduct an auto accident investigation and file an accident report, was postponed Feb. 26 indefinitely in the House Committee on Transportation and Energy.
