Connecticut: Attorney General Describes Reinsurance Case to Legislators, Hints at Need for Changes in Industry Practices

In testimony before the Insurance and Real Estate Committee last week, Attorney General Richard Blumenthal described litigation he has launched challenging certain reinsurance business practices and suggested that the case could lead to significant changes in the way the industry functions.
