Connecticut: NAMIC Testifies Against Bill That Would Prohibit Use of Credit in Auto Rating

Legislation that would prohibit the use of credit information in the pricing of auto insurance would interfere with the efficient functioning of the Connecticut insurance market and potentially increase rates for drivers with good credit histories, NAMIC told legislators last week.
