Florida: Senate Select Committee Gets Lesson in Reinsurance, Cat Modeling
What is likely to be the final meeting of the Florida Senate Select Committee on Property Insurance Accountability took place last Tuesday and covered reinsurance and cat modeling. Co-chair Jeff Atwater concluded the meeting by indicating the group will recommend legislation as a result of the information gleaned during hearings.
