Colorado: Governor's Study Finds Consumers Saving on Insurance Costs After No-Fault Sunset

In November 2007, Gov. Bill Ritter commissioned a third-party research firm, BBC Research and Consulting, to address questions raised about the effect of Colorado's return to a traditional tort-based system five years ago from a controversial no-fault system that dramatically drove up insurance rates for auto insurance consumers.
