Colorado: Bill Altering Law on When Police Required to Investigate Auto Accident Concerns Industry

On Jan. 22, The House Committee on Transportation and Energy was assigned HB 1198, "Concerning the Circumstance Under Which a Law Enforcement Officer is Not Required to File a Report of a Traffic Accident." A public hearing on the bill was held Feb. 14, and amendments were discussed before the bill was laid-over in committee.
