Colorado: NAMIC Asks Governor to Veto Offers of Settlement Bill

NAMIC sent a veto request letter Feb. 14 to Gov. Bill Ritter asking him to veto HB 1020, Offers of Settlement, and protect litigants, small businesses, insurance carriers, and insurance consumers from a proposed law that would derail the current settlement process in the state.
