Treasury Set to Release Report on Insurance Regulation

An official with the U.S. Treasury announced last week the department would soon release its final report on insurance regulatory reform. But it's unlikely the document will have a major impact on legislation to create an optional federal charter this year, according to Jimi Grande, NAMIC's vice president for federal and political affairs.
