Connecticut: Supreme Court to Hear Arguments in Case Involving Insurance Data

The Connecticut Supreme Court will hold oral arguments on Feb. 15 in a case involving the potential disclosure of information submitted to the Office of the Attorney General pursuant to an antitrust investigation.
