North Carolina: Auto Insurance Modernization Committee Convenes
Insurance Federation of North Carolina executive director Joe Stewart addressed the first meeting of the North Carolina Auto Insurance Modernization Study Committee Jan. 16, remarking that the study was not about rates, but about the system. He encouraged the committee to follow the charge of "ensuring consumers are receiving the fullest benefit possible from marketplace competition among insurers." IFNC is a NAMIC state advocacy partner.
