Massachusetts: Supreme Court Affirms Commissioner's FAIR Plan Rate Decision
In a case that pitted the state's commissioner of insurance against its attorney general, the Supreme Judicial Court has ruled that the commissioner committed no error in approving a rate filing of the Massachusetts Property Insurance Underwriting Association (FAIR Plan) in 2006.
