President Signs TRIA
The federal government's backstop on terrorism risk insurance has been continued through 2014. With only five days before the former program was due to expire, President Bush signed H.R. 2761 - the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2007 on Dec. 26.
