Michigan: Questionable Insurance Verification Bills Fail to Advance

Questionable legislation to create an electronic verification system for auto insurance failed to garner enough votes to advance from the House Judiciary Committee. The legislation was introduced at the request of InsureNet, an organization that markets itself as the "world's only accurate insurance verification system."
